Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the success of our event.
Individual Ticket
Refunds:
Refunds for individual tickets are available up to 30 days prior to the event date.
Refunds will be processed only after the original payment has been fully completed and settled.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
Sponsorships:
All sponsorship purchases are non-refundable due to the advance planning, promotion, and benefits provided prior to the event.
